Breakfast is included with your stay, and what a breakfast it is! Chef Janel Martin uses fresh, minimally processed, and often organic ingredients in all our menus. We are proud to support our area farmers and regularly use local maple syrup, cheese and apples. A different, three-course breakfast is served every morning.

Our NH dining features fine dessertsIn addition to preparing fantastic gourmet breakfasts, Chef & Innkeeper Janel Martin teaches the art of French cooking and the fundamentals of preparing fine cuisine. Students also enjoy delicious, fun and educational “foodie getaways” with an experienced and patient instructor.

Guests and fine dining aficionados also love our summer dinners featuring Chef Janel’s thoughtful menus prepared with fresh, organic and local ingredients. We are happy to adjust for special dietary needs and allergies with advance notice, so please call to discuss some great options for an enjoyable menu.

The inn can seat 40 guests inside and 100 outside. Chef Janel can create just the right menu to make your special gathering a wonderful experience. We have the staff, wine list and accommodations to suit any event, from wedding receptions to company parties.

The innkeepers are welcoming and full of information about both the area and the history of the inn. But above all, Janel is a fabulous chef and we were spoiled by a gourmet breakfast each morning of our stay. A poached cinnamon pear followed by whole wheat waffles with strawberry rubarb sauce for the first morning breakfast. The next day we enjoyed a cheese with carmelized onion crepe.
