Culinary Retreats
Have you ever wanted to cook like a Professional Chef? Create original dishes to impress your friends and family? Our Culinary Retreat is a getaway and cooking class in one great package. You will learn to cook a five-course meal with Chef Janel Martin, a classically trained chef. She will teach you the basic skills needed to be able to recreate what you will learn, as well as create your own unique dishes.

You will learn to make composed salads, soups, entrees, breads, and the best part–desserts–our Chef’s specialty. Janel’s desserts have even been reviewed by the food critic of the Washington Post. How does Chocolate Truffle Cake or Lavender Creme Brulee sound? Mmmmm.
The Culinary Retreat is three nights, Friday - Sunday(sometimes Thurs-Sat), and ends after a full breakfast. This package will include all meals, including the Grand Five-Course meal featuring all the dishes made during the course, paired with some outstanding local wines.
