Winter is still upon us, so winter keeping fruit are still around. Pears are one of my favorite fruit and these Pear Cardamom Scones has to be a favorite among our guests.
Did you catch us on WMUR’s NH Chronicle on November 22nd? They also opened the show from the Inn all during Thanksgiving week and one of the recipes was Pumpkin Cranberry Strata, great dish to feed a crowd in a hurry, just make it the night before.
This recipe is the hit breakfast item, Wakefield Inn Puff Pancakes. These are great with a fresh berry sauce, maple syrup, or even as a bowl for yogurt with berries.
Rhubarb is one of my all time favorite spring produce to cook. Cakes, pies, sauces, and jams …the list goes on.
Sweet endings and Savory Entrees, this versatile vegetable (fruit?) is just so yummy, and good for you too.
