Policies Reservations: Your reservation is secured with a deposit equal to the first night's room rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Cancellations: Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will loose the deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior are subject to a $20 handling fee.
Food and Beverages: Please let us know of food allergies or other dietary needs when making the reservation. We have a small restaurant on the premises that is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. If you wish, we would be happy to prepare a meal for you on other nights with at least 2 days notice. BYOB is only allowed in the rooms, as we have a liquor license that encompasses the dining and common areas, and alcoholic beverages must be served by us in these areas.
Smoking: We operate a Non-Smoking Inn. There is an area outside for this. There is a $250 charge for cleaning a room that has been smoked in, as it is nearly impossible to remove this odor from carpet, bedding and drapes.
Children: We welcome all well-behaved, supervised children to our Inn. We have a young one here who loves to have "friends" visit, and we have toys to keep little hands busy as well as a big back yard perfect for burning off excess energy.
Pets: We can not accommodate pets at our Inn. We would be glad to give you the number for a local kennel.
