Policies

Reservations: Your reservation is secured with a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Cancellations: Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will loose the deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior are subject to a $20 handling fee.

Food and Beverages: Please let us know of food allergies or other dietary needs when making the reservation. We have a small restaurant on the premises that is open in the summer, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. If you wish, we would be happy to prepare a meal for you on other nights with at least 2 days notice. BYOB is only allowed in the rooms, as we have a liquor license that encompasses the dining and common areas, and alcoholic beverages must be served by us in these areas.

Smoking: We operate a Non-Smoking Inn. There is an area outside for this. There is a $250 charge for cleaning a room that has been smoked in, as it is nearly impossible to remove this odor from carpet, bedding and drapes.

Children: We welcome all well-behaved, supervised children to our Inn. Our daughter Olivia loves to have “friends” visit, and we have toys to keep little hands busy as well as a big back yard perfect for burning off excess energy.

Pets: We can not accommodate pets at our Inn. Our family dog, Ace, is great with people, but gets wound-up around other dogs. We would be glad to give you the number for a local kennel or doggie day spa.

Early Check-in: Our Our regular check-in time is 3:00pm. We will do our best to accomodate a check-in before 3:00pm, however we ask that you call on the day of arrival to double check the status and to ensure we can have the room ready. Any check-in before 1:30pm will be charged $25 for an early check-in fee.
